About Kellie
I love teaching. There is something special about watching somebody find their groove and make progress. I have taken the 'bottom group' in schools and seen them overtake a 'middle group' That's so much fun! To see a pupil reach their goal and feel confident in a subject that they didn't feel before. I have watched as my pupils have collected their A and B grades when they were predicted Es or fails. I don't know which of us feels more elated. I want to teach on this forum as I am free to deliver content in a creative way. Some sites prescribe what you use and that can be boring for the pupil. I am a qualified teacher with a good track record - I want to use my talents! I am based in Cambridge, UK. I used to be a headteacher. I have raised standards in a variety of schools. I produced software that helped teachers use assessment to improve achievement in pupils.

I write each lesson plan in advance to suit the pupil's needs and progress. I the pupil's interests so that the lessons are engaging to them. I hate boring lessons! Despite being online, I will use visual, auditory and kinaesthetic material to aid learning so whether you learn through seeing, listening or doing we will find a way that suits you best. I can and have taught little people and students doing GCSE and A levels. A lesson can last an hour but little people may need shorter. I will assess and track your progress so we know where we are and can report back to parents, teachers etc. Let me know the areas you want to improve/develop and let's get started! Can't wait!
