About Salia
I am a native and qualified teacher. I have been teaching French as a foreign language and English for ten years and have been able to meet the needs of my students from elementary to high school and adults. By integrating books, worksheets, videos and interactive games, I was able to meet the needs of students at all levels online or face to face. Over the past ten years I have worked with elementary and secondary schools across London as a French and support teacher. I have managed and taught small groups, whole class or individual needs. Previously, I taught French and English as a foreign language in an adult education center for six years. I prepared the students mainly for the DELF-DALF language exams but also the GCSE and the A-Level. I also tackled all kinds of subject like literature and cinema.

All my experience has allowed me to be very creative in my teaching. The integration of ICT, books, worksheets, power points, videos and interactive games to ensure the implementation of a wide variety of teaching methods. I always make sure all skills are covered. I have great feedback from students I have helped with their exams from tutoring. We can discuss your needs and I will be able to assess your needs. Whether you are an auditory, visual or kinesthetic learner, I will find a strategy that will lead to success. When I teach, I don't use complicated grammatical explanations that just confuse people, and I don't ask you to memorize long vocabulary lists - because my 10 years of experience has shown me that it doesn't work. simply not. Instead, through one-on-one interaction, I show our students how to build the language, step by step, so that they really speak independently in French and English.
