About Macinnie
I am a qualified teacher, with both a GCSE and A-Level in Statistics, as well as GCSE Mathematics.
I have taught in both Primary and Secondary schools, closely working with students on a 1-2-1 basis to support and develop their learning across a range of subjects, in particular Mathematics. I have worked within schools offering pupils guidance and assistance with both classwork and homework and have often completed this during break and lunchtimes.
I have tutored students outside of school for the past 4 years, both in person and online, and have helped these students to reach their true potential, building on their in school learning.

I like to approach the teaching and tuition of both maths and statistics by allowing pupils to gain an understanding of the methodology behind each topic and question type. I believe that once this is understood and mastered, pupils are able to face any question posed to them, inputting the given data set into the methodology that they know so well.
