I am a MBBS qualified doctor with experience in medical sector for 5 years. I have worked in sub specialties including mental health for 2 years where i have worked with youth and elderly giving lectures and conducting workshops on stress management, nutrition, addiction recovery.

My teaching method is very interactive, always two way communication. I teach by topic but giving them the basic of what they need to know regarding the topic and open the class for discussion on questions from the topic they want to know. Nevertheless group activities and Que cards will make it more interesting.
