About Maddie
Hi! I’ve just graduated from the University of Cambridge, where I studied languages, literature, and history. The highlight of my degree was my year abroad, which I spent studying in South America and working in Spain. Moving to a new continent helped me grow in confidence, strengthen my language skills, and adapt to new environments. In Spain, working in an office taught me valuable lessons in professionalism, clear communication, and working as part of a team. Outside of my studies, I love listening to music, watching films, and exploring new places. My goal is to travel more of the world and keep learning from the people and cultures I encounter along the way.

As a Cambridge graduate, my tutoring approach is entirely student-centred and personalised. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all teaching — I take time to understand each student’s strengths, challenges, goals, and preferred learning style. Whether you're aiming to boost confidence, improve exam performance, or prepare for university, I tailor every session accordingly. Lessons are usually 60 minutes, but can be tailored to suit your needs. I’ve tutored students across various levels — from GCSE and A-Level to university entrance — in History, English Literature, Spanish, and Portuguese. My lessons are suitable for students of all ages and levels, including beginners, advanced learners, and university applicants. Whether you're tackling school exams or planning your next academic step, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
