About Kate
I have four years of experience as a teaching assistant at Haverford College, where I graduated from in May 2025 with summa cum laude Latin honors and honors in English. As an English major, I wrote a 30-page thesis and assisted in numerous workshops with other students to give feedback on their essays. Prior to Haverford College, I earned a 4.14 unweighted GPA at a competitive high school with a 36 on my ACT. I aim to connect with students and imbue my passion for literature into them!

I'm looking to tutor K-12 students who are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic virtual tutor. During my lessons, I aim to understand my students' reading interests outside of class, as the best way to improve writing is to read more! I will help students understand the goal of writing and the value of clear communication.
