About Jack
So my name is Jack, and I want to teach you because I know how difficult getting through these A-Levels was. It is so hard to have to try and remember every single detail of a novel or a play when you have at least two other subjects you have to do the same with. I understand the type of help required, which is why I am laid back and will help you as much as you want me to. We will go at your pace and I will not add any additional pressure to your studies, I’m here to help.

When I did my A-Levels in English Literature I was really stressed out. In English Literature it was so hard to try and remember all of the quotes and the terminology required for the exam. I intend to take a practical approach, and to help students learn their lines quickly and simply, whilst helping identify different literary techniques in plays, poems and novels. My lessons would be 1 hour long and are solely for A-Level English Literature students. Note, I can only aid those students who are doing Comedic and Crime literature. I am currently doing a degree in Journalism, which requires great practical literary skills and the requirement of lengthy knowledge and research.
