About Emma
I recently graduated from UT Dallas and was a full time honor student, part time restaurant server, Panhellenic sorority officer and dog mom. Like most college students, taking on classes as well as clubs, fraternities, family expectations, etc can begin to weigh heavily, but I also learned there can be joy in difficulties.
Difficulties test a persons’ will and through adversity, one can see where their strengths lie and become better because of it. My hope is not to find the “perfect” student, but to work through difficulty and adversity to get to the other side and maybe even find joy out of something you once thought impossible.

In my lessons we will discuss general mechanisms, trends, such as pKa and electronegativity, and organic product synthesis.
As well as ways to remember them through mnemonics and finally their practical uses in the laboratory. (e.g. Kendall Jenner is a “trim base” and capable of E2 elimination)
I believe the easiest way to learn chemistry is to break it down into simple concepts and build off of that.
Through engagement, funny anecdotes (lots of play on words here) and relevant examples I grew to love chemistry and I know you will too.
