I am a recently retired professional rugby player after 12 years as a pro.
I have A-Levels in PE and Psychology as well as Personal Training qualifications level 2 and 3.
I have worked under many world class coaches and have also coached rugby teams, pro mma fighters and general population to reach there goals.
