Result-oriented approach to getting a student's work done. Results come from motivation, understanding, and practice with consistent and reliable guidance.
I am able to leverage both resources given to my student by their teachers, and material I've gathered over the years from my own education and instructors if needed.
My career relies on team-building and fostering motivation. I focus both on the individual being coached and the work that needs to get done simultaneously.
My experience as an Army Officer, and while as a Cadet at West Point, has given me the responsibility of training my teammates to standard in everything from physical fitness, to competence and confidence in their jobs and roles, to success in their personal lives with finances and family life.
As a cadet, our unique system of education demanded that we rely on each other to succeed. As a result, I've worked with people from all walks of life and all levels of ability to win together.
I have not practiced 1-on-1 tutoring in a formal matter consistently since high school, so I am first and foremost looking for feedback when it arises.
I'm the guy to call when you're working on the assignment that you least want to do. You're completely capable of getting it done, so let's do it.
