I spent twenty years as a navy cryptologist, started substitute teaching and fell in love with working with children and the learning process. I have spent the past two years teaching middle school exceptional student education and support facilitating in the classroom

My teaching method is group discussions, demonstrating new topics, direct instruction and differentiated instruction. I like to learn what the weak areas are that a student may have and focus on ensuring those areas are mastered to ensure student succes.
