About Akshara
Though I have not taught at a professional level, I have tutored my siblings who have passed their math class and Math Kangaroo program with flying colors. I love working with others, especially little kids. During the times I have volunteered, I always stayed confident and persistent in my work, always showing up with a positive attitude and ready to work.

I am very flexible as I understand things can come up and kids have their sports. I love working with kids of all ages and knowledge level. I have tutoring experience as I have tutored my siblings who have done exceptionally well in math. I also hope to take this opportunity to get more people interested in math while they explore their other interests. My hobbies include doing swimming, playing waterpolo, doing Indian classical music, art, and volunteering to give back to my community. I believe that the commitment, love, perseverance, and kindness my hobbies have taught me make the perfect candidate to teach your kids outside of school.
