As your coach, I will assess your Anaerobic Threshold, and create a training program with some Yoga , for flexibility and strength.
Your Program will consist of Heart Rate training to increase your cardiovascular endurance, and run your best race.
Your Metabolic Assessment is free!! Lifetime Fitness charges over $100 for this assessment.
Coaching Nutrition for training and event Nutrition is also available.
