About Charlotte

Charlotte is an E-RYT200+ who found yoga during a very dark time in her life. Charlotte believes yoga is what saved her. After working in the hospitality industry for over a decade, she initially starting going to yoga classes for the physical practice, but quickly realised that it was something much deeper.

In 2018, Charlotte completed her first 200HR YTT in her hometown of Canberra and went on to complete two more; on in Canberra and more recently in Joshua Tree, California.

Charlotte is also Trauma Informed certified. Her passions include personal growth, food and human connection. An avid teacher, who strives to make her classes warm, inviting and inclusive, while also encouraging students to believe in themselves and find their new edge. She knows the profound impact yoga has on people's lives and wants nothing more than to share this with others.”

About the lesson

My approach to teaching yoga is simply to hold space for you, my students in the safest way possible focusing on correct alignment. Whether you’re intimidated by studios, yoga in general, think you’re not “flexible enough” or would just generally like some guidance - anything is ok! There is no judgment in this space, no expectations. From complete beginners to experienced yogis, I want to yoga to be all inclusive and share the beautiful connection of mind body and spirit
