About José
I am 18 years old, I am quite young, however I understand a lot of all the disciplines in which I specialized and studied, guaranteeing results, and committing myself to these. I am very patient, however persistent and committed to the results that my client wants to achieve, not failing over time to evolve in the exercises, thus getting my clients and athletes to evolve and manage both to lose weight and gain muscle mass, or get better at their sport, faster, stronger and more agile, and more effective in the position they play. I am the Teacher / Personal Trainer indicated for those who want to start or progress in their learning and in their muscle gains or weight loss. I also focus on all training for an athlete, reconditioning the training for the sport practiced (football, handball, swimming, basketball, tennis, rugby, football, etc.).

My classes are excellent for both beginners and intermediate people, the elderly and children of all ages. My classes are not the same for all my clients / students, as I adjust all exercises and techniques according to the discipline and objective of each one, maximizing the results. I use techniques that have been proven and tested by many athletes around the world, which I also tried as an athlete. I am specialized in Fitness, Bodybuilding, Personal Trainer, Aerobics and Muscle Strengthening. I am also trained in Nutrition, any doubts about adequate food have in class I guarantee results, as long as you follow the training and nutrition plan (if necessary) and as long as you strive in class to be better or reach your ideal weight goals and / or desired muscle mass.

Muito bom, tive cerca de 15 aulas com o José e gostei bastante, sou atleta e antes de começarem os jogos queria entrar no ritmo, o José ensinou-me muito sobre tudo que eu precisava e trabalhou muito bem comigo.
