About Mike

I have been working with computers for over 30 years, graduating in 1990 from accelerated training with honors. Barely had I removed my Graduation Gown when I got my first computer 'help' call as a kind of freelance troubleshooter. I discovered my love for imparting knowledge. As a result, I found myself teaching while I fixed the client’s problem. I specialize in Microsoft Office, all versions, and have had a lot of experience teaching both groups and one-to-one.

About the lesson

I use a 3-tier teaching methodology. First tier is demonstrating each function in an application so you can sit back, relax, and observe. Second tier we do the procedures together, step-by-step. Finally, you are given a task to complete on your own. All learning styles of my students are considered.
