About Maya
I am currently studying Architecture. Having completed A-level maths and achieving an A*, I feel confident in tutoring students at GCSE and keystage level.
I have previously tutored individual students Maths at keystage and IGCSE level.
My aim is to help my students not only achieve the best grade they can, but also to develop and consolidate key study skills and learning techniques.

With Maths, I feel that practice is the most effective way to improve and gain skills. My lessons are tailored to each student, however they are mainly based around the student answering questions. I will offer hints to encourage them in the resolution of the question in hand. Given my experience, I can help the student understand what each question requires and ultimately improve their confidence and ability.
