Hi! I'm Anona! I love English, and I love to help other people fall in love with it as I did. I start by identifying a student’s current level, strengths, and areas that need improvement. From there, I tailor my explanations to match their way of thinking and learning style. A typical lesson plan will include starting out with a grammar warm up or a mini essay. Following this, we will go through practice questions and essay prompts, focusing on one English skill at a time.
I believe that effective teaching is more about real understanding and building long-term confidence, so I openly encourage questions at anytime.
My sessions are specifically for students in the high school or middle school level, preparing for the SAT, or looking to brush up their English grammar.
