About Jacob
I have a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sheffield, and I'm currently applying to study Medicine. and have experience in with children working as a camp counselor in New York at a camp for children from the homeless shelters. I've worked as a Health Care Assistant as well as an Environmental Consultant for Air Quality.
I'm currently tutoring and working part time to cover the first costs associated with Graduate Entry Medicine.

My Teaching Methodology is different depending on what works for the individual. I like to encourage people to take in the big ideas and then try to come to grips with the types of problem they will be expected to encounter as quick as possible . I like to use a spiral methodology where the subjects are revisited and encourage the student to present the information in a different way. I like to actively encourage students to study with their goals in mind so that we can see what they they need to get out of their own learning experience. I then encourage traditional textbook/ exam approaches to revision.
