About Rachel

I am a passionate sports and fitness enthusiast dedicated to helping others unlock their full athletic potential. My journey in basketball and physical conditioning has taught me the value of discipline, resilience, and consistent effort. I want to coach because I love sharing my knowledge, inspiring healthy lifestyles, and watching my students build the confidence and skills needed to achieve their personal fitness and sporting goals.

About the lesson

My coaching approach combines technical basketball skills with comprehensive fitness and exercise training. Whether you are a beginner learning the basics or an athlete looking to improve your game, I tailor every session to your specific fitness level and performance goals. Together, we will focus on mastering core fundamentals, building endurance, and developing the physical confidence needed to succeed both on and off the court.

Racheal is a passionate basketball coach, and she’s very consistent with what she does. She’s been of great help with my basketball career since I started schooling at Lagos State University. She’s a very nice but disciplined coach. I am sure she will be of great help to the basketball community, and she has a very unique style of teaching. She loves fitness and balance, which prevent unnecessary injuries. I am sure students will love working with her.
