Training starts at 7:30am and we suffer together, I mean train together for no more than forty minutes. There’ll be plenty of time for mingling over coffees afterwards at the near by Café too

I provide the equipment. Simply bring a water bottle and a smile.

As you can tell, I’m not a drill Sargent, it’s a social fitness Meetup, comfortably train at your level we'll scale exercise to your abilities
Relax knowing your sessions have been pre-planned, demonstrated and tailored to your fitness levels and abilities. (so no thinking you're not fit enough, we've all been locked out of gyms for 7months, it's simply an easy way to get back in)

I know Darcy from when he used to give me PT sessions at my local gym. I was very nervous about starting a new workout program, but he quickly put my mind at ease with his relaxed, conversational style.
Darcy is patient, supportive, and highly competent as a personal trainer. I found his sessions to be fantastic — my heart rate always went right up and I was pushed to my limit. At the same time, he listened to any concerns I had and adapted his training around what my body needed at the time.
The outcome of my training with Darcy was that I achieved the body I was after and consequently gained confidence in all aspects of my life.
Overall, I recommend Darcy because he’s a great person, and a great teacher who brings out the best in you.

Darcy is the pink starburst of personal trainers. His workouts make you feel better than that feeling you get when they open up another checkout at aldi and you get to skip the line. He once motivated a spider to move out of his house and get a job. From his training im now strong enough to carry the extra groceries im required to buy from my increased appetite.
He is a great PT, great communicator, always give me motivation and feedback. Darcy explain to me about the technical part of working out that I should know. he is super friendly and always make sure I have a fun exercise.
Darcy best PT EVER! When I first clicked on the profile I was not sure because it was the first time for me to get an online pt. But I am extremely lucky i did. The knowledge base is incredible. Plus you dont need equipments which makes it even more fun
Darcy is everything you could ask for in a trainer. Extremely knowledgeable, approachable and flexible. He is extremely passionate about helping his students reach their goals and feel fantastic while doing it. Thanks for everything Darcy you're a bloody legend
