About Tom
After having taken my A-Levels in 2019 (pre-Covid), I am studying a dual Bachelor at France's most prestigious political science university, Sciences Po Paris, and University College London. I've subsequently appeared, as a successful young person, on a Financial Times podcast.
Never considering myself exceptionally intelligent, I believe I succeed because of my determination and my strategic studying.
I want to share this determination and strategic skills. Moreover, it completely guides my teaching style: beyond knowledge in key subject areas and techniques, you can expect empathy towards your situation, constructive criticism, and effective feedback.

An approachable and constructive teacher, I am also all about strategy, mark schemes and tailoring feedback to the exam board.
With over 72 hours of teaching experience, I aim to holistically grow the knowledge of my students while training them for specific exam boards and key deadlines.
As a dual degree student at Sciences Po Paris and University College London, I have both the knowledge and experience of intense exam conditions. We will work on key subjects and strategise for exams together.
I teach Geography, Politics, Sociology, History, and English Literature to GCSE and A-Level students. Lessons will be 1hr.
