About Will
Hey! My name is Will and I am a working professional with 3 YOE in Software Engineering and a background in control systems. I graduated from the University of Waterloo Mechatronics Engineering program with distinction.
I tutored math in highschool and ran a seminar on industrial systems programming in my final year of university so I'm used to teaching both one-on-one and to a larger group.

I can tweak my teaching style to suit the student, as I understand everyone learns different ways. As a default, I prepare material using some slide or handout which I would read together with the student. Throughout the reading of the material, I pause and do small quizzing or exercises for the previous topic to cement what we just discussed. For less theoretical and more practical classes, I use a shared whiteboard or co-programming tool.
