About Rajan
I’m a passionate Technology and QA Professional with several years of hands-on experience in software testing, delivery, and consulting across enterprise and agile environments. Over the years, I’ve worked with diverse teams, tools, and delivery models — helping projects achieve quality outcomes through smart, structured testing practices. I’ve always believed that good testers aren’t just people who find bugs — they are critical thinkers who safeguard user experience. Teaching allows me to share the lessons I’ve learned in real projects and help others grow their confidence, skills, and career prospects in the testing field. I focus on real-world, hands-on learning rather than textbook theory. Each session is tailored to your current level and career goals — whether you’re a beginner looking to understand the fundamentals of QA or a professional aiming to upskill in automation, agile testing, or test management.
We’ll start by identifying your strengths, areas for improvement, and your target role or certification path. From there, I’ll design a practical roadmap that includes:
• Structured modules on manual testing, test planning, defect management, automation concepts, and tools (like JIRA, Postman, Selenium, etc.)
• Real project simulations and test case writing exercises to build confidence and portfolio material
• Best practices for agile delivery, test strategy, and stakeholder communication
• Career guidance, including resume refinement and interview preparation for QA/Test Analyst roles
My tutoring style is interactive and scenario-based — you’ll learn how to think like a tester, analyse requirements effectively, and manage testing under real delivery timelines.
By the end of our sessions, you’ll not only understand testing tools and processes, but also how to approach testing strategically and confidently in any project environment.
