About Thilo
I am currently a sophomore at the University of Rochester studying cell biology. I have had some experience in helping students/peers with math and most have improved their grades because of my teaching. All I ask from students, is to ask questions when they are confused and to treat me with respect because I am here to help them do better and I have been in their shoes so I can relate to most of their thoughts and opinions.

I am able to teach kids in ways that they can understand by using examples that they are able to relate to. Math is just a problem in my opinion and there's always a solution and a pattern, and I will be able to show students the pattern and different methods they can use to attack mathematical equations to help them in their class. The lessons are targeted for high school students. My typical lesson plan varies but the general format would be topics explained well and jump into a lot of practice problems.
