My teaching method is understanding each individual student’s strengths and needs, and tailoring their instruction based on their strengths. Math in a large part has to do with confidence. Confidence to inquire and problem solve. So my main goal is to start to build confidence in students who do not feel good at math or that it does not come naturally for. Once we build that confidence, the concepts become less intimidating!
