I am open minded and a great listener. I draw from my own experiences, life hardships, and studies to help you extract the greater you and potential of greatness deep inside.
I consider myself to be a conversationalist so no worries if you are shy- I assure you that I will be very accommodating.

About the lesson

My approach revolves around the skill of introspection, the examination or observation of one's own mental and emotional processes. Did you know that according to Tasha Eurich and her team at the Eurich group, only about 10-15% of people display characteristics of introspection? To me, that is absolutely crazy. Our minds are so powerful and we don't even make use of most of it.
I will teach the art of introspection through an open dialogue. I will be a guide in a sense to help you navigate and come to terms with your mind. I will also have plenty of resources for you to check out that I know will be a great benefit for you.
