About Laurence
Sport and Exercise student BSC at the University of Leeds. Have spent an entire year giving 1-1 personal training sessions for people with spinal cord injury. Following COVID I have delivered sessions online so am now highly skilled in this area. Have spent the last few years expanding my knowledge and furthering my ability to write exercise plans.

My teaching method is fun but hard. I chose to make sessions engaging and fun however there will be heavy science and theoretical aspects to each session.
My teaching style is very much the more you put in the more everyone gets out of a session.
