About Ariana
I hold a BSc and MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology, am a Senior Performance Tennis Coach, and a former professional tennis player. I have experience supporting athletes across a range of ages and performance levels. My combination of academic knowledge, coaching experience, and competitive sporting background allows me to bridge the gap between research and real-world performance, helping athletes develop practical strategies they can confidently use when it matters most.

My approach is athlete-centred, collaborative, and evidence-based. I tailor each session to the individual's sport, goals, personality, and challenges.
I help athletes develop practical mental skills that can be applied in both training and competition. Sessions may focus on areas such as confidence, concentration, motivation, self-talk, emotional regulation, managing pressure, goal setting, and developing consistent performance habits.
My aim is to help athletes grow, enjoy their sport, develop skills that will benefit them both in and outside of competition, while also sustaining and improving performance. Sessions are interactive and encourage athletes to reflect, problem-solve, and develop personalised strategies that work for them.
A typical session lasts 45/60 minutes and is delivered online. Sessions are suitable for junior, university, club, and performance athletes, as well as adults participating in recreational or competitive sport. Whether you're preparing for competition, returning from injury, struggling with confidence, or simply looking to strengthen your mental game, sessions are tailored to your individual needs.
