About Jonathan
Degree in Physical Education and Sports - Eighth Semester (University of San Buenaventura - Medellín). With knowledge in the area of biomechanics, physiology, bodybuilding and Fitness. Level B1 of English. 8
years going to the gym and practicing weight lifting, in which I have acquired various knowledge about bodybuilding and fitness empirically, to this is added the university career that I am currently culminating.

My sessions or consultancies are aimed at all types of people, of any age, with whatever the objective may be, as long as it is possible.
