About Vincent

High level sportsman in the French Judo team and training at INSEP for 9 years. I have been practicing judo for 23 years (4th Dan black belt). I graduated from BP AGFF (2016). Coach at Battling Club Paris. My goal is to provide personalized follow-up and support you optimally according to your expectations.

About the lesson

J'ai repris une activité sportive à 58 ans. Je voulais , sans trop y croire, le faire d'une manière sérieuse et en ayant des objectifs de musculation, tonicité, dynamisme.
