About Γιάννης
A key part of my philosophy is approaching Fitness as a tool for improving the quality of life and self-confidence of my trainees, without having to engage in exhausting workouts and diets that burn them out mentally and physically. I am here to make your training simple and help you achieve your physical goals without having to deprive yourself of the pleasures of your everyday life and without having to dedicate more than a few hours a week to your training.

My goal through training is to achieve the most immediate results possible in a simple and scientifically backed way, with the aim of making training enjoyable and safe for the trainee. My philosophy is that training and fitness in general should improve and complement the lives of my clients, without depriving them of daily pleasures and without limiting them in their lifestyle.

I’ve been going to the gym for years, but I got to a point where I felt like I was just going through the motions and not really making progress. A friend recommended Giannis and I’m honestly glad I gave him a try.
Straight away he noticed things about my technique that no other trainer had ever pointed out. A few small changes made a huge difference, and I actually started enjoying training again. My lifts improved, I felt stronger, and I stopped getting the annoying shoulder and lower back aches I’d been dealing with.

I had worked with a few personal trainers before, including one who charged significantly more, but Giannis completely changed my perspective on what good coaching should be. His approach is practical, realistic, and built around creating habits you can actually stick to instead of giving you complicated workouts or restrictive meal plans that make fitness feel like a chore.
At first, I was hesitant to work with a male personal trainer because I assumed a female coach would understand women’s bodies better. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Giannis has an excellent understanding of female physiology, body composition, fat loss, and how to build an effective programme for women. Every recommendation was explained clearly and backed by logic, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process.
