My lessons comprise of various exercises, also depending on what you want to achieve in terms of body build e.g dynamic exercises to help with flexibility, strength training which is a very important part of exercise and lastly stretching the muscles which helps avoid the tearing of muscles. In the sports department as well I excel in coaching football(soccer) as well as athletics.
