I understand the real world pressures that performing in a corporate environment requires especially in transitional phases of individuals’ lives and the difficulties to keep a healthy lifestyle when having to face challenges like inconsistent sleep, burnout, while having to keep on with high performances and family duties; I have explored and experienced the Yoga practices which can better support in those circumstances. My Yoga programmes include tuning in Pranayama, Asanas and meditation. Students learn and practise also mantras and principles of Yoga. I love also to teach Praja Yoga and Yoga Nidra according to the students’ needs.

Very experienced yoga teacher. I was made to feel comfortable with my low level of fitness as she adapted the exercises and gave alternatives. A nice and positive person.
I met Gurudham at her weekly online bedtime meditation that I have been attending over the past two years. She is a highly knowledgeable and encouraging tutor and I have learnt many meditation techniques, breathwork and mantras thanks to her. I finish her classes feeling relaxed, centred and supported which is why I recommend her.
