About Cloe
I am a UCL graduate with an innovative new degree, the Arts and Sciences BASc. I am looking to tutor French, Spanish, Anthropology and History, but I encourage an interdisciplinary approach to learning.
I approach tutoring with patience, diligence and understanding. I provide students with methods to learning specifically tailored to their subject rather than providing them with answers. I guide them through the process of finding the learning approach which works for them and support them to delve deeper into the subject matter to broaden their knowledge, in turn helping to achieve improved grades.
I have studied abroad in France and Colombia, and have taught secondary school students English in Austria. We focused mainly on conversation practice, exam preparation, and how to be confident in speaking English. I also have experience of private tutoring with children age 7-15.
I have taken both the International Baccalaureate and A-levels so have experience of both systems.
