Before the teaching begins I'd want to evaluate the personality and learning abilities of each of my students. This is to understand what methodology of teaching might suit them best. I would be able to teach primary and middle school students best. The class will start as a discussion of a new topic or an old topic student may have trouble with, I will teach the concept and help solve a few problems along with the student. When concept is clear I'll make the student solve questions by themselves and evaluate their performance accordingly.
