Samaiya and I are peers and I have known her for almost three years. During that time, she has always been an amazing friend and has a strong passion towards learning and teaching. Last year, I was to perform a written oratory performance and I remember going to Samaiya to ask for additional feedback and I was able to find exactly what I had to correct and the reason why. She is also known amongst our classmates for having recieved the Tencher Prize in Literature at our school, an award given by the English Department for students who demonstrate a strong passion and understanding for literature.
