About Przemek
I have been training with those under my care for 2 years, I have a group of clients who have achieved considerable success in terms of body shape, strength and mental health and for this reason I want to expand my business. Sam trains strength for 4 years, improving his figure, condition, fitness and strength. I base my knowledge on experience, current research, preferably (foreign), books and experienced people in this field.

I work with clients both online and stationary. I prepare each training plan individually, adapting exercises to individual goals and skill level. I address my offer to both girls and boys who want to achieve their dream goal. e.g. build a figure, burn excess weight, become more efficient, stronger.
