I approach teaching in a manner such that the student is able to piece together concepts by themselves, while I guide them in the correct direction. Math is an inherently logic-based subject, so it is imperative that students are able to develop these critical thinking skills. Moreover, it’s not just about teaching math, but also about giving students the tools to figure things out on their own.
