About Ruby
I am pursuing Masters in English Literature from Kristu Jayanti College, Bangalore. I have 5 years of teaching experience, i started taking classes during my degree first year. Now, I have a formal experience in teaching, as I am working with Flowbook, as a student mentor.
I understand how hard it can be to cope up with public speaking skills, I would like to help them academically and in their professional life as well. Not knowing English makes us lose a lot of opportunities. I wish to enhance the student's personality using good speaking skills.

I believe that every student is unique and different, everyone has their own understanding power and ability to grasp the concepts. I teach with empathy, I put myself in the student's shoes and then teach them. Trying to understand the student is the key to good teaching. I do not believe in rote method of learning. I believe in inspiring students to gain knowledge and help them in knowing how to reach the destination themselves, rather than spoon feeding them.
