About Océane

Raised with two siblings, I got used to helping my little sister organize her work and maximize her efficiency. In my senior year of high school, I accompanied a young girl two grades below me and helped her with her homework assignments. In addition, I helped my little brother throughout high school, after he faced difficulties as a result of skipping a grade.

Recently, I helped a boy in his last year of middle school manage his homework and prepare for the final exam ("brevet). I also helped several candidates prepare for the Sciences Po Paris entrance exam.

About the lesson

The content of my classes depends on how good the student's english is.

For beginners: studying the basics of grammar and conjugation (including irregular verbs) using textbooks available online. Getting started in English conversation in order to conduct a simple conversation. Writing exercises and text comprehension, based on my own experience (example: reading children's books in English, paragraph by paragraph, and checking that the student's comprehension of the text is accurate).

Intermediate English: reading and translation exercises, listening to the BBC and discussing the news in English, reading of advanced-English newspaper articles (such as The Economist). Creative writing exercises in English.
