About Sam
As someone who actually resat their maths exams to then get A+, I know the struggles of having a bad tutor and the benefit of also having someone that’s been in ur shoes. I’m a passionate maths tutor dedicated to helping GCSE students improve their confidence and achieve their target grades. I understand that maths can be challenging, so I focus on making difficult topics easier to understand by explaining them clearly and patiently. I enjoy helping students build strong foundations, develop problem-solving skills and feel more confident in exams. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where every student can succeed and reach their full potential.

I offer friendly, supportive and personalised GCSE Maths tuition tailored to each student’s needs and ability. My aim is to build confidence, strengthen mathematical understanding and help students achieve their target grades. I break down difficult topics into simple, manageable steps and focus on exam technique, problem-solving and mastering key concepts. I encourage students to ask questions and create a positive learning environment where they can progress at their own pace and feel confident approaching their GCSE exams.
As someone with a strong background in mathematics, I understand the challenges GCSE students face and can explain concepts in a clear and relatable way.
