About Sebastião
I studied my school studies at the Salesian School of Valparaíso Scientific Humanist area. I studied various Fishing Engineering in the PUCV and Maritime Transport in UNAB Viña del Mar. Last year student in AIEP Viña del Mar Sports Technician. With courses in Handball, Soccer, Skate Race, Folklore, Pedestrian and Recreation. Initiation course to the UPLA competition. Basic AIEP CPR course.

My methodology is as much of learning through the example as also through the student's own search in front of a presented question, based on playful, analytical and global methods of giving a different perspective of what is physical activity or practice of a sport. My classes vary according to the sport or physical activity to be practiced, but they consist of a warm-up, a development and a return to calm according to a session already planned. Now if the period is constant we can apply microcycles or mesocycles depending on the training plan that each person seeks, in general I am very adaptable to the different conditions and abilities of my students, but when I see progressive changes I tend to demand a little.
