About Neev
I am a dedicated and highly motivated Year 12 student who completed my GCSEs in Summer 2025, achieving consistently strong results across all subjects. My grades include two 9s, four 8s, three 7s, and a Level 2 Distinction**, reflecting both academic ability and a disciplined approach to revision and exam technique. I am currently predicted three A grades at A-level and remain deeply committed to academic excellence.
Alongside my studies, I have taken part in additional mathematical challenges, including Level 3 Algebra and UKMT competitions, which have strengthened my problem-solving skills and resilience when tackling high-pressure questions.
I currently tutor three students—two in GCSE English Literature and one in GCSE Mathematics. All three students have shown significant improvement, achieving grades 7–9 in their most recent mock examinations, having previously been working at grades 3–4. This progress reflects my ability to break down complex concepts, adapt explanations to individual learning styles, and build confidence alongside subject knowledge.
As a tutor, I am passionate about showing students that meaningful improvement is always possible with the right guidance, structure, and mindset. I strongly believe that it is never too late to improve, and I aim to help students make substantial progress within a short space of time by focusing on effective strategies rather than overwhelming content.

GCSE English Literature Tutor (AQA)
My lessons are designed to help students achieve top grades in GCSE English Literature through clear structure, proven exam techniques, and confident written expression. I teach exclusively following the AQA specification and base my lessons on the exact methods I used to achieve full marks myself.
Each session focuses on developing high-level analytical skills, including how to construct perceptive interpretations, embed quotations effectively, and write responses that meet the highest mark bands. I place particular emphasis on efficient revision strategies, essay planning under timed conditions, and learning how to write fluently and at speed without sacrificing quality — a key skill for exam success.
Lessons are tailored to the individual student, ensuring they fully understand texts, themes, characters, and context, while also mastering how examiners assess responses. Students are guided through model answers, examiner expectations, and common mistakes, helping them approach exams with clarity and confidence.
In addition to academic support, I dedicate 5–10 minutes of each lesson to mentoring. During this time, students are welcome to discuss their future plans, sixth form applications, subject choices, or any challenges they may be facing academically or personally. I aim to provide a supportive and mature learning environment where students feel encouraged, motivated, and understood.
My goal is not only to improve grades, but to help students develop confidence, organisation, and a clear sense of direction as they move forward in their education.
