I like to keep my lessons fun. As I get to know students more, I tailor my lessons to better engage their interests. A typical lesson plan of mine might involve a short video, a brief lecture, and then a discussion or a short worksheet we can work on together. I always strive to understand students' feelings about the lesson: what they liked or didn't, what they understood, any questions they may have, and how confident they feel about the subject. I can work with anyone in middle school, high school, or in early college.
