I have played in many bands throughout the years, and am into all styles of music. I love getting the opportunity to chat and share knowledge with people that have the same passion for music. I write a lot of metal and electronic drum b bass music in my free time as well.

I’ve always loved music from an early age. I began playing the drums at the age of 4 and continued my education by playing in Jazz Bands, Concert Bands, Marching Bands, and Rock Bands throughout Middle School, High School and College. My musical influences include Elvin Jones, Buddy Rich, Matt Gartska, Neil Peart, John Bonham, Thomas Pridgen, Thomas Haake, and Metallica, among others. My favorite thing about music is having fun, and my favorite thing about teaching music is teaching other people how to find endless enjoyment in music. When taking lessons with me, you can expect to learn the importance of proper hand technique, the importance of rudiments and how to apply them in useful ways, and learn about any unique style/genre you are currently interested in.
