About Jash
I am a 27-year-old engineer, producer & A&R from North London. I have worked at a variety of music companies, including the record label Def Jam. I play the violin, viola, piano, and own a music studio in North London. My company offers engineering, music production & industry consultancy, as well as workshops & community building practices.

My approach to teaching is making sure that my students have a deep understanding of the fundamentals of music production - once this is clear, the more complex techniques are far easier to learn. I offer 30 min - 1 hour lessons, covering a range of curriculum and non-curriculum based music production. I also offer industry workshops, which help students get their foot in the music industry, from engineering to marketing. My lessons are for anyone 10 years and up, with all experience levels welcome. I find a cheerful, happy & engaging atmosphere essential for my lessons, so I'm eager to get to know each of my students in order to personalise each lesson to their specific interests. A previous student of mine (Toby Marlow) is Grammy nominated for his composition of the Broadway musical Six. I have worked with artists such as Stormzy, Potter Payper, Wretch 32, and worked on campaigns for Ed Sheeran, Billie Eilish & Charli XCX.
