My Teaching Methodology & Techniques
My classes are relaxed, conversational, and 100% tailored to your personal goals. Instead of rigid textbook drills, I focus on real-life applications to build your speaking confidence.
• For Conversational Practice: We will discuss topics you genuinely enjoy—daily life, culture, technology, or current events.
• Gentle Correction: I won't interrupt your flow when you speak. Instead, I take notes and provide a personalized feedback document at the end of the lesson for you to review vocabulary and grammar.
• Tech & Business Chinese: As a Web Developer, I can help you master professional vocabulary, practice interview scenarios, or learn how to communicate in a tech/business environment.

️ Typical Length of a Lesson
• 30 or 45 Minutes: Perfect for quick conversational practice, busy professionals, or young children.
• 60 Minutes: Ideal for deep-dive conversations, article reading, or comprehensive topic discussions.

My Qualifications & Experience
I am a native Chinese speaker with a clear, standard accent. Professionally, I work as a Web Developer based in Australia, which requires highly logical and effective communication skills. As a parent, I also have endless patience and understand how to guide learners step-by-step! While I am a community tutor rather than a traditional classroom teacher, I have extensive experience helping international friends and colleagues improve their conversational Chinese in both casual and professional settings.
