About Emily
I am a geography graduate from the University of Oxford, and I am currently undertaking a part-time masters programme in this field at University College London. I have always loved learning and I can remember how helpful it was to have access to a tutor when I was studying for my GCSEs (I really needed some help with chemistry!). I hope I can help build your confidence, just like my wonderful chemistry tutor did for me all those years ago!
I have 6 years experience in freelance tutoring, both maths and geography. I am proud to say that all my students have improved their grade whilst with me, and - on multiple occasions - my students have seen their grades improve by three grade boundaries.
So, if you would like to feel prepared for your exams, more comfortable in class, or simply patch up your knowledge, then I would love to discuss how we can build a tutoring programme that works for you.

I pride myself on a tailored approach to tutoring. Whatever your age or level of experience, we will work together to meet (and maybe even stretch!) your goals. I have 6 years experience in freelance tutoring maths (ages 9-16) and geography (up to 18, but can provide university support with dissertations/coursework/essay advice when it comes to the 'human' side of geography).
I teach online, usually 1-2 hours per week per student, although this can be tailored for your needs. I have experience tutoring students with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dyspraxia. I am fully DBS checked.
