Hi, I’m Tami, a student at UC Berkeley, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. I would love to help on your journey in STEM with math and computer science tutoring!

Tami has been working for Orlando Math Circle since the start of high school, teaching students both extracurricular and curriculum math at all levels, ranging from elementary school to high school and competition math.
During this time, she went to schools and community centers to bring enrichment mathematics to children. She helped bring programs such as the Math Tile collaboration event, where students were presented with questions on tiles that led to a secret password! She helped Orlando Math Circle host Girl's Math competitions and other events like Global Math Week. Tami is very great at helping girls in STEM feel accepted and motivated to learn more.
Tami made great working relationships with her students, and they were excited to come to class to learn more in a motivating environment that pushed them towards their passions. I gladly recommend her as a tutor!

Tami is a wonderful instructor and mentor. I met her through mentoring math instruction to middle schoolers several years ago and ever since then, she has been a great mentor to me. She is thorough in her own instruction and is very patient with her students. I can't recommend her enough. I am truly lucky to have gotten to experience learning with Tami.

Tami is a talented and genuine person. She is very good at breaking down hard concepts with simple easy to understand words. We worked on a class together and she really made easier for me to understand. No wonder she’s a SuperProf, because actually is a great teacher. She doesn’t give up and makes sure you understand the concept, no matter how many iterations you need. She’s also patient and smiling. Always make the best of the time.
